i already bought it. they supposedly go through the workout the way arnold went through it word for word. but i think its a bunch of fiction peter mcgough thought up with some half truths in his aging memory. he goes to detail through the reps and doesnt even mention what poundages arnold trained with on bench. somebody here posted a picture of what was supposedly to be the cover of arnold doing dumbell curls, but i guess they changed it last minute and put one with arnold in his tanktop.
