he does two exercises i've never seen before.
the first one is a standing one-arm pulldown, where he stands on either side of the hammer strength pulldown machine and pulls the arm of the machine down. he grips the actual arm and not the handles too.
in the second exercise he uses the underhand row hammer strength machine. he stands in front of it (facing the front of the seat) and pushes the arms of the machine forward like a pressing movement. the difference is that he keeps his head down to work his traps. i've tried it and it hits my traps, but not so much that i'd include it in my own routine. but hey, he's Vince Taylor and i'm not so who the hell am i to say anything.
overall it was an interesting segment.
