Alot of them can't think outside of the box. I had this Indian doctor who asked me if I smoked during a routine yearly check up. I smoke marijuana, but I lied and told him that I didn't. He said good and ranted for 2 minutes about how smoking killed a lot people. After the check up, I was outside the clinic waiting for my bro to pick me up and there was the same fucking doctor lighting up a Benson and Hedges.
What I'm trying to say is that most doctors can't seem to follow their own advice. A lot of them are fat fucks and think they know better than everyone else.
Exactly, I went in one time (back in 2000) same doc who said Creatine was inconclusive, said that technically I was overweight for my height because I was 176 at 5'5. But then he comments on my abs. I asked him if I was overweight using that outdated body mass chart, then how could I have a sixpack. How can I run 6 miles a day? The answer, "Well the chart does need to be revised for those who have more muscle mass than fat."
As one said, many need to learn how to think outside the box and to practice what you preach. Don't look like some contestant on the "Biggest Loser", but then tell the patient that they have poor health practices.
