No likey. There are billions allocated to education. It's the largest item in our state budget. The money is mismanaged. Throwing more money at the public education problem will not really help. But it would be nice if we didn't need the world's best air force. The world still is and will always be a dangerous place.
And what are your reasons for this? People are quick to down the military but wouldnt do shit for the defense of their country. Im not saying you, Im speaking generally. People are very quick to judge latley!
If the world was a safe place and there were no threats, we wouldn't need the air force, army, etc. That's all I meant. I'm a huge supporter of the armed forces.
I completely agree with you, I guess I just got all wound up...Im in the military so it hits close to home. Alot of people say they support the troops, and I honestly dont believe all of these people do. (not you, just in general). Its difficult to spend so much time away from our families and get shit on constantly.
Thanks for your service. I served in the Army. My best friend is a 20-year vet. I have many active duty and retired friends. It is a tough job. I see how deployments affect families firsthand. I spend a lot of time with the kids of friends of mine who deploy.I'm a little sensitive about criticism of our men and women in uniform too.
Ask a teacher how much $$ they make someday and prepare to be shocked especially when you figure in the amount of time off they have. 2ndly, if you want to fuck up anything spending, mgmt., business, wet dream hand it off to a teacher.
