Im training strictly for heart and cardio vasuclar benefits

some weight training here and there. most weightraining is a waste of time too. I just want to live a long and healthy life and hook up with mad hoes

As long as a guy is not seriously overweight and looks decent in clothes........he can pull hoe's.

If a hoe has standards, then she wouldn't be a hoe.......

Sex with mad hoe's burns a lot of calories, so you're doing more "cardio" than you realize.

yes its not even about wearing tight shirts either, girls like sholder width and foreams, short sleeve shirts could make them insecure therefore potentially missing the 'score' its better to have clothing that fit decent like a button up shirt exposing forearms, it shows manlyiness but its not like you are showing off either

The one thing that really bugs me in clubs is when you see dudes like 15% BF strolling around with imaginery lat syndrome, arms out, with these tight v-neck shirts sleeves hardly there but rolled up even more, saggy tits and no waistline.  They walk in thinking, "I'm gonna be 'the bodybuilder guy' in the club tonight and it's gonna work."  Until a real BBer walks in the club who doesn't have to flaunt it, you can just tell by the shoulders, and the poser goes and sits in the corner and proceeds to stare at the real BBer all night.  I've seen it happen a number of times.

you spend too much time in the clubs looking at men. 

It would take too long to explain what you should be doing.  But trust me on this, start looking at the women, it will pay off one day

well it levels off for me at th 270 pound range no matter how much i eat because i do cardio and weight wont go much higher because i eat as much as i can, im sure if i quit cardio i would gain weight but that weight would be fat weight

No, this is all my buds and me could do when we were on cold streaks---sit there and make fun of the wannabe bodybuilders, much like everyone does on this site.
