Ryoto Machida mot Sam Hoger Decision (Unanimous) - didn't see this fight either, but the result was exactly as I predicted.
Frank Edgar mot Tyson Griffin Decision (Unanimous) - good fight. My prediction was that Griffin would win by decision, could've gone either way... Griffin gassed and lost it in 3rd round IMO.
Terry Martin mot Jorge Rivera KO (Punches) 1 0:14 - well I sure as hell didn't expect Rivera to be KO'ed after 14 seconds! Damn.
Patrick Cote mot Scott Smith Decision (Unanimous) 3 5:00 - Cote won as I predicted, not that exiting to watch but he stuck to his gameplan and did what he had to do very well.
Quinton Jackson mot Marvin Eastman KO (Punches) 2 3:49 - not surprising, but it was funny Rampage talked about him being nervous, because he actually looked it. I found Rampage to be very honest and not cocky but confident. He brings a show to UFC that's needed.
Roger Huerta mot John Halverson TKO (Strikes) 1 0:19 - Huerta won as I predicted, didn't think it would be that quick though... still not sure if he hit him in the shoulder or part of the head...
Mirko Filipovic mot Eddie Sanchez TKO (Strikes) 1 4:33 - good to see CroCop in the UFC, I'm glad Sanchez didn't hurt himself... he did allright considering the circumstances... he should make a t-shirt saying "I had CroCop ground n pound me - and I survived!"
Anderson Silva mot Travis Lutter Submission (Strikes) 2 2:11 - I predicted Travis to win this and IMO he would've won if he didn't fuck up with cutting weight. He was slow and sloppy and STILL managed to take Silva down with ease, I can think of a number of fighters that would make a greater job... and Silvas defense on the ground against GNP was terrible. A better striker than Travis would've knocked him out.
Silva is overrated.
