there are several stream capture tools but the output is usually very low quality

2. Add Video Downloader extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/

3. Go to video page. Click disk icon at bottom-right. Right-click on "Download link" button and select "Save Link As". Enter a file name ending in .flv. Click Save button.
