
I've heard good and bad about this. The bad being you're essentially putting you're body into a state of chronic inflammation (with the hopes that this is one of the initial triggers of muscle growth). You don't want to use this if you:
are at moderate to high bodyfat levels (AA can accumulate in fat stores increasing the negatives of the product)
have any family history of heart disease, heart attacks, etc
any chronic inflammation issues (tendonitis, IBS, etc)
on the flip side -
I have heard good results from people:
who are already lean and are looking to recomp even further
who can adjust your omega-6 intake to compensate for higher levels of AA.
who can also adjust your omega-3 and other EFA intakes as well as stay away from NSAIDs and other similar pain killers.
