It is all in good fun. Was not uncomfortable at all, just having fun.  I found it amusing that at first Kim was doing the interview and then Romano and Palumbo couldnt hold back. You should see them off camera, their hands were shaking!

But I made my point, and I think they have listened. That is all.

I intend to have a good time at the Arnold Classic, and at their booth, with Gregg and Kim and Romano and Palumbo. It should be interesting.

As for Kim, let her be already. She is cool. That wasnt the point we were making. The point was if it is a bodybuilding radio show, let it be a bodybuilding radio show. That was it. Nothing against Kim or John or Dave. They all all good people in their own way.

If only all criticism aimed at MD could be as well articulated and constructive as this.

I've been practicing the standard 'Thumb Up' but my transition from that post to the 'fist clenced pointing pose' gets' all fked up.

 I hired a posing coach so hopefully when we're in front of the camera I can nail it!

 Practice makes perfect!
