They don't look even remotely like they have synthol in them. If you can't tell those are natural delts, we'll never beat synthol.
Here are some signs:
1. When a guy turns his palms forward and puts his arms straight yet the biceps are still peaked, that's not muscle.


2. When your delts have bumps/curves on them that don't follow the natural curves/lines of normal muscle structure, be concerned.

3. And when they're also enormous and everything around them is striated and they're as smooth as a rubber ball, it ain't Levrone delts.
