ronrico looks like its a gimmick account of our very own training moderator - pumpster.

pumpster does not even go to a gym, but uses a bowflex in his basement.

these 2 iron warriors should get together and make a training video filmed in black and white for that extra hardcore reality.

I have to disagree with this statement in general, I believe that some members hate The Shadow.  8)

One of the strongest men of all time has been hidden in his garage all this time. 

If he's doing 700lbs squats all the way to the floor, he should step up and break some raw squat records. 


For the life of me, I can't understand why all the strongest men of our time seem to lift alone in their garages.....
