Mike Morris Injury...

I apologize ahead of time if this has been started somewhere else, but I tried a search and didn't find anything on this.  I saw the pics posted of him from the Arnold weekend and he had stitches all over his head and arms and stuff, what in the world happened to him??? I know he had some kidney issues and decided to go natural and that played a big part of his slim frame now, but those cuts look brutal, anyone have any info what in the heck happened?
