Lets assess this fight objectively.
1. Wandy was ill and in the hospital the day prior.
2. Wandy fought under NSAC rules, prohibiting him from kneeing a downed opponent, (usually wrestlers that shoot), or stomping a downed opponent, (he did this in their first fight)
3. NSAC drug tests means Wandy must get off of gear sooner.
4. Wandy is best in the clinch, where he can deliver knees. Hendo is an olympic class greco wrestler who loves snapdowns, overhooks, underhooks, whizzers out of the clinch.
5. Wandy throws wild looping punches, plus he has short arms.
6. Hendo has mad power in his right hand.
Get the picture. Hendo matches up well against Wandy, and under those particular circumstances, Hendo has decided advantages. Heck Randy ate on knee from Frankenstein's monster when he had three points on the ground, HE VERY INTELLIGENTLY PUT his other hand down. This is called playing within the rules.
Shogun, like most Chute Boxe fighters is aggressive in the clinch, is longer, than Wandy and throws straighter punches. He is athletic, young, and has shown good sub skills and sub defense. I think if they fight in Japan, Shogun has a decided advantage. I love Hendo as much as the rest of you guys, but I call them like I see them.
