ok so before i start my cycle
i need to confirm two simple questions

1 - i have 3 vial of test-e 10ml 250mg does this mean each ML is 250mg strong
if im correct i need 2 shots of 1ML a week right?

2- i got my hcg but it looks like  a pill in a small vial
i know i have to dissolve it but im not sure how and with what?

Simply add in bacto water, mix, draw into syringe and place it in a fresh, clean, empty vile...store in refrigerator.

It depends (on how much you want to take per shot). I added two ml's to mine & then did two shots per vial. Check with a research supply company (www.lionnutrition.com).

all the HCG I ever bought comes with a powder amp and a solvent amp.  1 ml solvent is the norm to mix with the dose of powder provided.

Now you did not get the solvent so as AJ said you need bacto water.  First you need to know how much powder you have?  Is it 5000 IUs?

Until you know this you cant calculate the dilution.  It should say on the powder amp how much is in there.  I like to use a 1 ml slin syringe that is graduated in 10ths.  If you have an HCG that is 5000 IUs mixed at 1ml then 1 tenth of a ML would equal 500ius. 300Ius would be about 2/3rds of a ML.
