Do you have the competitor lists?  I'm looking for the one female competitor who is 40 and a nurse.  I didn't catch her name.  I met her on a shuttle bus at the Arnold and I didn't think she was any older than 28.  She started talking to me about that contest and her prep and I would really like to see how she does at the show.  She is a very beautiful woman.

The views will quadruple today and it'll be on page one for the whole week.  Phil is a huge draw and should be the focus, IMHO.  The competitors are just sprinkles on the cupcake that is the Phil Heath show.

Your success in life is exactly why I question your concern over this board.  Don't you have better things going on than to rot people on here?  I never got the impression you were having fun being rotted, but you were dishing it out to the same degree that you got it (to Adonis and Shadow).

Dude I have no job to report to or anyone to answer too.  I do what I do from my condo.  At the same time I am on here, I have another window open with me working on what I am doing.  There are many times when it is sunny that I bring my laptop to my pool an stand in the pool and work on come on here and play.  I only attack people who attack me.  Sorry but I grew up in a time where if you talk this way to people you either back it up or you get in a fight.  I have never had to back anything up I say cause I can prove what I say in person.  Simply come to the gym and watch or come to an event and watch.  But here with the Internet you have people calling you out that are thousands of miles away and you can't grab their neck when they smart off.  So, hey why not trade banter with them like they do to you.  In real life I am not like this cause I don't need to be.  On here I do it cause it is the only way to do it. 

The one thing I really hate is when people who have no idea what they are talking about or have NO experience in something they claim to know so much about, talk shit.  In person they would never do that.  They are cowards.  And I hate a coward.  There is not one person on this entire board that whatever I have said on here I wouldn't say right in front of them.  I would love to see Apenis, Shadow, Buttlick and others that have said shit about me on here do it right in front of my face.  GOD would I love that.  But, it won't happen.  I will be at the Olympia this year, so if they do feel froggy, please come say hi to me.

I was still bad shape last year.  I am going forward with my training so far and as long as I don't pull a Goodrum I will be there.

Keith, I will be at the Olympia also if I can find my passport.  I think I know roughly where I had it last, and I have six months to find it, so I think it should be a go.

I think what you're saying is that this is relative in a way - you were raised to not tolerate shit, and that's fine.  However, try to consider that these people would never say any of this stuff to your face.  I do get annoyed by some of the people on this board too (rarely), but I try to remember that they would never say this stuff to me in person.  People just don't act like that in person.  Hiding behind a computer screen with their pencils and their pens gives the trolls on this board anonymity = power.
