i disagree, i think Conan's hilarious. i've seen his show tape live twice and both times he was funnier than just seeing it on tv.  he's got a reputation for trying out crazy humor at the risk of sucking and his audience respects him for that.

Dude don't get me wrong, i'm a big fan of Conan. I watch it every weekday and get a kick outta it. BUT some of the skeches are a little bit whacky and that's because it's not written by Conan himself, which i'm pretty sure of. Otherwise it's a kickass show dude.

I remember the first show Conan did.  He started the same day Chevy Chase had his show.  The both sucked so much I didn't think they would last a week.  Chevy's barely did and Conan just got better and better.  he really good now and one the funniest talk show host out there.  I give him huge props.

yea definitely.  instead of Conan i used to watch Jon Stewart back in '94 when he was syndicated latenight and came on after Real Stories of the Arkansas Highway Patrol.  then he was canceled and i was sad.  then Conan got good and i was happy.  then Jon Stewart got the Daily Show then i was so happy i pooped my pantalones.

because they look like sideshow freaks and cartoon figures?  if they didn't look like that, would you pay them money to bend them over dumpsters in alleys of wherever you live?

The reason why they get parts like these is because they fit into the character, and it's kinda stereotyped if you have big muscles you'd usually fit into a character that matches up with it. Now if a pro BB was to play a role as a swimmer in a sketch it wouldn't look right in the "mainstream's" eyes because it's not common to see swimmers that big. It'd look more like a circus show than a sketch dude.
