i swear, ive never taken steroids. i used to be very, very skinny and so im just naturally lean. i do cardio but my genetics still give me an advantage. plus, to be honest, the lighting in the locker room where the pic was taken is very good and looks great on my camera phone so that also exaggerates it a bit.

only thing i have taken is regular plain old creatine monohydrate and even that i stopped taking last month.

also, now that you've stopped stacking creatine, expect to lose all mass.  i'd get back on it, pronto, but i'd also stack with some liver protecting pills.
