Just getting ready for my first contest of the year. Glad you guys miss me. I'll be back on alot after the Emerald Cup. I just have 3 more weeks until cheese burger! WOOO HOOOO!!!!

ummmm.  You have no idea how good American food looks (kinda biggish!!!)

After 4 1/2 months of dieting, I get excited by "Chicken in a Biscuit" crackers, the smell of cheese, I would kill for a taste of chocolate and peanutbutter...oh my, there I go drooling again...

That's not as bad as after 7 weeks of dieting, seeing half a granola bar on an old sweatshirt on the gym floor by the squat rack in the gym and wanting to eat it.  The next day it was still there and still looked delicious  :-X

When Mike was dieting for his show and he was about 3 weeks out, we were doing our cardio walks at night and we walked the Prominade (outside mall).  We passed this crushed box of McDonalds french fries one night and he was like OMG, if those are there tomorrow...they're mind.  Guess what...they were there the next night.  He pretended like he was going to pick em up.  ROFLMAO.  I had to hold him back.  :)

 My trainer had to go to the store to get some rice cakes for me today. I went to get one and found a hole chewed in the package with my last rice cake in it. A mouse had gotten to it. First I was angry then I cried. The whole world was in meltdown...Having dieted many pros he understood my total meltdown and came back a few minutes later with a fresh package. (and a mouse trap) The gym is back to business as usual...another disaster averted...I love everyones dieting stories, they pick me up and make me laugh! Keep them coming!
