been doing lunges, squats and running all day

now im eating like crazy, all muscles in legs are crushed, my mid back is tight as a rock

well i normally pig out on sundays anyways , i needed it to repair too big time from all the f'n weightliftin. im going to stay away from fornicating for another 2 weeks or so, i may fornicated on next saturday since i pig out on sunday , but i will try to promptly and swiftly leave after i hit it to go workout. but most certainly no alcohol, i lose my focus if i combine weed with alcohol. either one by itself is fine though. but it IS possible to have too much of a good thing

In the days before these  big workout sessions do you pig out? What sort of  foods? How much? Do you feel powerful when you are all loaded up with glycogen and energy in your workouts?
How intense are your sessions these days?
Good luck with staying away from the women... testosterone will peak on the seventh day of abstinence. That will also mean no jacking off to 18 year old broads or big breasted women.

that study is wild, I had no idea...but really you have to take it when it's there. I'd love to hear my wife if I said "babe, we're going to have to wait for 8 days so my test levels can peak"  then I'm in the doghouse for 3 months. ha ha ha

really? is that last part of wacking it true? i doubt it, because i ABSOLUTLEY have to wack it ATLEASTE ONCE a day, but normally 2 times a day.....those guys that wait 7 days dont workout like i do i workout everyday

on pigout days i eat a good mixture of food, i prefer sweets especially chocolate cookies, bryers icecream and reeses cups, pizza, maybe a burger....but since im dieting i stick too sweets ,,, so probably 50% calories from carbs 50% from fat

i diet during the week on high carbs low protien low fat (grape juice diet)
