Exactly!! Bill did not get owned there at all. His point wasn't about drunk driving, but the fact that this illegal was charged with dui or mis crimes before and was NOT deported.

The question is... Is it about illegal aliens, or was it about DUI?
Personally, I do agree that he shouldn't be here illegally... so why is it so hard to immigrate legally, why is it as hard as it is?
However, Geraldo is right... and here's why. Many people drive drunk all over... MANY are illegals... There are illegal Irish, Indians, Japanese... A lot of them are convicted of a DUI and released.
This guy is hispanic, and is therefore a talking point because of the immigration issue, which wasn't an issue 10 years ago even though there was just as many illegals then.
The bottom line is that if you do it to him, you're going to have to do it to SO MANY other people, that it's an actual "drain" on INS resources to get them deported.
How about changing the system so that being a registered 'legal' immigrant is easier?
