i would get inflimation if i did too much of an exercise like barbell squats or bench presses.
the only exercise i can do infinitly is front squats with 135 sets of 10 more or less depending on speed and as low as 65 pound dumbell front squats 10 reps more or less can go deeper slower or faster its all good. All it does is burn my legs and my whole mid back from top to bottom because you have to stabalize it with those muscles the whole time, its great for the core. and when i go down no knee problems, it seems to transfer more of the stress to my glutes and hams and mid to upper back the deeper i go...i used to do lots of pushups then my wrists and sholder then elbows started fuckin up. so i layed off of it and the inflimation goes does down. i cannot infinitly train pushups or im asking for trouble but i can still do a great amount with no problems at all. front squats burn alot of calories too i believe more so than curls or another exercise. i didnt do a second hour i was far beyond normal pigging out ate all this good cake but did manage about 20 min of front squats at a friends house, every little bit you do adds up. i dont cramp up as long as i drink enough fruit juice. on other diets i have cramped up. i have some protien powder ill prbably try to get in 60 grams since my training is more difficult but no more than that ill need. i was doing well off of less than 20 grams a day for the longest time but seemed to be slightly out of balance so maybe now 40-60 grams certainly no higher, ive been there done that makes me ill with too much protien and not enough carbs. but i did 1.5 hours total of front squats and 30 min of pushups and pullups
