* Twice the fiber of regular pasta
* Naturally cholesterol free

* Carbohydrates that are "protected" from digestion in small intestine. What in the F#CK is a "protected carb"

Here's the ingredient list (which seems to be roughly the same as normal pasta):
Ingredients: Enriched semolina, [semolina, iron (ferrous sulfate), and B vitamins (niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)], fiber blend (inulin, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, pectin), sorbitol, wheat gluten, potassium chloride.
