incredibly sad what happened there.  we need to make our campuses safer.  While this shooter is being described as a young asian american male, it could have just as easily been a terror attack.  Our schools are just too open.

interviews on NPR said that all the kids in one classroom just put their heads down, and he walked around and dished out ten headshots before leaving.  2 more rooms like that, it's 30.

CNN and www.cbc.ca have links to the cell phone video where one can see some phone cam footage of outside the buildings. I won't post the links, however, the sounds were terrible beyond words. This is an awful, awful day.

can you imagine just sitting in class like every other day...then all of a sudden someone bursts into your class and shoots you and your classmates in the head.  THATS FUCKED UP

As much as we'd all like the campuses to be safer, it they as much as try to start checking on students who may have "suspicious" actions or just being antisocial or odd, the NAACP and ACLU will step in and say their rights are being violated.
Times are much different now and many of the hippies and rights activists need to really re access what they feel will help to reduce this violence and not just make it a rights issue.

It was reported before the shooter was a student.... I wish they could let us know the true facts.
