I do agree that people with average intelligence often do not see the big picture.. I mean why else did most americans get riled up when Clinton got a bj? Was it because it was a real issue? Or because the mean IQ in the United States is around 98?

The masses make their decisions based on a politicians image, yet, in Debusseys world, each of the thousands in the world council will continuously be measured by objective criteria. In other words, bias and lobbying would be far more difficult to pull off. Today, politics = not about responsibility. It's a dirty game, because the politicians can do as they please (= the root of dictatorship).

I agree with you here.. Politics is a dirty game. If it really were about creating the best possible allocation of equity in society, then I guess economists would be running for office and actually winning.

The first post was a bit of a joke, but the last 4 posts Debussey wrote = serious. The only way to really battle the problems we face today = to unite the world via something like the "superintelligent world council ". A human body can not function if each organ just do its own thing, it only works because each organ contributes to the greater good. The Gary Busey world council will be the brain of the "worlds body", and it will ensure that each organ/country promotes the greater good. This will result in action. A human being with no brain can not make the "human system" into an action prone machine. It could not even fight off a virus. To kill an infection, the sub systems of the body works together. This = an analogy to what we face today. The smarter the brain is, the better decisions will be made, and with the ability to act, the human can optimize its results.

The brain = the most complex organ in the body, and the superintelligent world council must gather the best brains and the council must have decision power. A brain with no control over a body cant do anything.

Yes, that is why the aliens will have a position in the Superintelligent World Council. They will interfere with any country not following the Councils decisions to the letter.
