If you are natural, it's too much protein.

In any case, you need MUCH more vegetables and a big variety on them. Also you need some more fatty acids in the evening.

You are pretty low on carbs, what is your goal?

I don't have a problem with a nattie taking up to 1.5g protein per pound of lean bodyweight assuming sufficient training intensity and proper increments and spacing of protein intake (i.e., not three meals of 80g of protein each).

No dextrose while dieting. Some can get away with Vitargo, but i have never been able to. Keeping blood sugar stable is the name of the game here. Once you fully adapt to low carbs, you will be in complete control of your physique. You seem somewhere inbetween low carbs and low cal. Look into Palumbos diet on the MD boards. By utilizing EFA's and sufficiant protein intake, one is able to remain full and burn fat like no other. Once low carb you can start using a cheat meal once a week.  Also the dairy... not a big fan of it come diet time. Switch to a time release whey shake or more solid food for meal 6. Other than that lookin good IMO. Depending on how natural you are, go down to your local nutrition store and grab a box of ephedrine. Put some slack in the rope....

I'm hoping once i get more experience in this game to use more as well but I'm obviously not experienced enough

Nothing wrong at all with dextrose on a diet so long as you stay within your caloric limits.

Also, for the vast majority of lifters, low carb diets simply don't work.

They work for me.

Be sure to have lots of vegetables and SOME saturated fats for testosterone production, but LIMITED!

If he chooses to use a ketogenic diet, the simple sugars are a big no no. Dave preps countless competitors including Toney Freeman and Evan Centopani on low carb diets. Same with Disgusted. They work great and when done right , are not really that hard

Those guys are heavily juiced, I think that would make a low carb diet a hell of a lot easier, as you can still keep up your weight lifting. Theoretically, low carb/ketogenic diets are perfect for fat burning. I've given it 2 chances but with the same result everytime: no physical energy, lethargy, lack of mental energy....all leading to decreased gym performance and ultimately, muscle loss.

The bottom line is, there is nothing wrong with carbs on a diet, Yates was famous for still taking in massive amount of carbs on his diets and he got as shredded as anyone.
