John Brzenk was asked about how to get better at arm wrestling and if weight training would help. Nope, just do arm wrestling. Apparently weight training didn't help him except to give him a bit more endurance when there were heaps of matches.

John was/is the best right arm champion ever and was great with his left but not always the best with that hand. For anyone to have beaten both Dean and Brzenk they must have been great arm wrestlers themselves and Keith was one such guy.

I guess Keith saw a lot of crap behind the scenes in arm wrestling so he sure can spot it when it happens in bodybuilding. It must have been awful to beat great champions and then have someone come up and tell you there was some 'infraction' and you lost the match. If it happened a few times that would be enough to walk away from the sport.

GO ahead and try to find some video.  The problem is I last competed in 1986. NO internet and video cameras were not common.  Like I said I went by myself any pics I have are from people who took the and sent them to me like below.  Sorry man, maybe you can find some video.  Maybe call Cannon Films or the International Armwrestling Council. 

These are actually the ONLY pic I have of me competing.  I didn't have allot to begin with but what others I did have were thrown out by Tony Halme's ex which were stored in a storage unit in Santa Monica and she cleared out everything when they broke up.  She didn't know some of the stuff in there was mine.  It might look like I gotta of pics of myself but I don't, nothing like there could be.  I just didn't care or think about taking pics.  Not like today where everyone just clicks away
