yates style with around 1 sec pause at the top. Feels alot better then normal ones imo. you have to use ALOT lighter weight though lol

Bread and butter of back exersices...

dl's are overrated imo. I prefer doing an extra exersice for my weak lats rather than dlfting and risking my lower backs health.
