I'm not against trying new things, just don't think the government should pass laws making things mandatory that no one has proof will even help. I am about smaller govt....

I didn't say torture, I said waterboard...I'm sure you know my stance on waterboarding....I mean hell, they put SERE and SEAL trainees through a form of waterboarding......the strong can survive the treatment, the weak give in....if you have a serial killer that has bodies of which he won't reveal the location, why not wateboard him and find out where the people are?
