I don't know I have always thought that as long as you used proper technique on things like bench press your chest should grow fine, and the stronger you get the bigger you get

Goes the same for Bicep curls as well, everyone has seen the dude that swings the bar up and down using massive cheat reps with heavy weight but has no arms, while the guy with good form and less weight has great gunz on him
