Leg Presses i put up 8 plates on each side
lunges which are the worse by time i get to them, i just use 135 on my back...
stiff deads, I use 90 lbs dumbbells
and on calf anything i got the max...ththey are my genetic gift, i guess comes with being asian or something..
the main thing i look for is for the burn that hurts so bad that you want to either fall down or get up and walk away...
