Fruit will raise blood sugar fast and come crashing down, making you more hungry than before you ate the fruit. That is unless you eat a protein and/or fat with it to slow the sugar release. Eating fruits at night can store as bodyfat if your insulin levels get too high.
At night, we tend to slow down naturally so eating low glycemic foods like Vegies, will prevent you from storing bodyfat. Most green vegies are low in calories, very high in fiber and will speed metabolism up to try and digest the fiber in the vegies.
You are asking a question that is based on an individual trying to lose bodyfat, if that is not your goal, then eat all the damn bananas you want!
