how good is fiber when it comes to dieting or even bulking??? im taking a fiber supplement and im taking in about 30-40 grams of fiber per day is that too much or is there never enough??
ohh there is a limit trust me, you dont want your guts twisted up with insoluble fiber.
id stay at around 30 grams, some studies have come out that too much fiber can cause digestive stress and damage. which would make sense since it is a bulking agent(insoluble).
id stick in the range your at and make sure you increase your water to accomodate increased fiber intake.your going to have some bloating and gas as it will take the bacteria in your gut a while to adjust.
