i like a combo approach

best product overall cissus quadrangularis without a doubt, the ketones contained are anabolic for hard tissue. will reduce inflammation, heal and repair soft tissue, boost test, increase recovery, sex drive. honestly this product is gold. get supercissus, i found it amazing for my tri tear.

other then that

glucoscamine/chondritin/msm and celadrin. you can get this in a combo, and taken with the cissus your going to heal up in no time.

i would also start using cumin, and turmeric as numerous studies have shown there efficacy in treating soft tissue injury and reducing inflammation.

i wont repeat the others info, but bromelain would also help, not only with inflammation but with overall health as protein digestion is crucial.

you can get all the above products for under 80 bucks for a month imo.
