Gold's gym, which sucks, has until Monday NOON to refund my money or I am filing in court

World's gym is better and costs less when you pay for the year. They have better equiptment and people actuallly squat and work their legs, unlike all the barbodies at Golds

I do work out

bench press, dumbbell inclines

curls with dumbbells

shoulders, traps, and neck on the neck machine

I have cut down on cardio but need to get back into that

plus I did the treadmill a lot at Gold's, I'm planning on doing cardio outside now that it's nice out
