Yeah, but to a degree, because you're using your bodyweight. But yor arms burn quicker than the chest does, because they are diamond pushups. I tried doing them with a backpack with sand weights in them (I had a sand weight set in college). That shit hurt. I started doing them, after a Nigerian dude down the hallway was doing them, and he was cut up, and had pretty decent arms (big ass tris) and a good chest.

At 16 Before i knew what a gym was in the 100s for sets but my chest did not grow but my arms did and they were true pushups with full range of motion on my fists, though i only weighed a buck fifty, now maybe 50 if i was lucky.
