We'll have Charles back on..we are pretty backed up in terms of guests and a wish list.

We did put together the "Cut with Glass" training series so that everyone could benefit from Charles' knowledge and expertise..check it out at www.bodybuilding.com

I see u still have that pic of yourself in the distorted mirror...kinda like a car window that makes u look bigger than u are. So warrior...when can we see a full size pic of u in normal lighting?...I'll answer for u : never. ;)
