Dude when I saw you on Friday I barely recognized you from March.
You must've lost at least 35lb +. Couple that with the stud-a-lawyer new look, I was impressed.
What have you been doing to achieve such a humongous transformation in only 3months?
Who should be taking the credit? Or should I say "who would've tried to?
Thanks A-Male,
I am down from a high of 255 in February and around 240 for the Arnold. I'm weighing around 215 now, err maybe 220 after that slice of heaven from the Cheesecake Factory. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that smaller portions + diet soda + no ice cream + no potato chips + no cookies + no bologna = weight loss. I tried the low carb, moderate fat deal for a while, which was a nice shock to the system but after 4 weeks, I was aching, weak, and not losing any weight despite doing more than one hour of cardio each day.
The main difference now is that I don't eat so much garbage and I don't overeat. I'll be competing as a light-heavyweight at the Nationals this year, so I've got about 25 more lbs to lose. Hopefully, I won't spill over like I did at the Arnold!
