Well, if the horses were grass-fed in a pasture and not finished on grain in a commercial feedlot, the horse meat is about 1000x healthier than regular beef.  Maybe I should start going to taco bell?  ;D

thanks.  perhaps i'll go back there some day.  i got a mortgage and pampers to buy now.  time is such a luxury.  I think I went 4 days without touching getbig this week.  back in the old days, i was here all day every day.  now, just too damn tired or busy.
