if someone were going to stay on for years at a time, what are the best precautions so nothing bad would happn??? or to stay healthy

You should always come off!  There is no reason to stay on for years,
unless you feel like dying really young.  Be a smart bodybuilder and don't
listen to all the bullshit in the gym from your "wanabe pros".

I've been on for 8 mos, but came off for 16 mos. I believe the longer you stay on the more time you should take away from it when you do come off it. In all reality as long as you throw in some kind of PCT I would not see a problem in it. Blood tests and sperm counts( if you ever want to have kids again) should be a priority. I would truly sit down with your doctor and tell him/her your intentions if this is what you want to do.

Yep regular health care and low to moderate doses would let you stay on quite a while...if you wanted.
