for the duration of the prep,,you need to look alot in the mirror and let others who know bodybuilding and know you look at you and go according to that with t3,, with t3 you dont pack muscle mass on you but rip yourself up,,the muscle mass should already be there when you start using it,,
only way to gain muscle mass with t3 is to add insulin with optional gh to the aas
if you dont take insulin and growth,,t3 should be limited to prep/cutting time when geting down to very low single digit 5-7%
also t3 for the 200lb bodybuilder should not be at the 150mcg,,25-75mcg a day will do,,150mcg+ is for guys who walk around 250lb 9-10% on a regular basis meaning have long rich experience with hormones
