http://www.quakeroatmeal.com/qo_ourProducts/instantQuakerOatmeal/weightControl/index.cfmthat stuff is fucking BOMB.and for protein you can microwave egg whites bro. tastes the same; just smells a little different.
Nice recommendation, sadly i haven't see that one in the supermarkets down here (this is southamerica) but I'm gonna look carefully next time, maybe it is !How about dehydrated egg albumin? Do you think its worth? I don't like the idea of microwaving eggs hehe
small bowl of kashi cereal with skim or 2%. protein shake.
no i was in the store last night and i compared the nurtition labels on all of the breakfast cereals and oatmeals. kashi is not even in the top 5 for best nutrition. (as far as amount of fiber, lack of sugar, and amount of protein)
Look again.

why do you have to eat cereal in the morning? are you 3 years old, pussy?dude, buy the weight smart oatmeal, buy the unprocessed bran, combine two servings bran with one packet oatmeal.that will be about 50 grams complex carbs, a little over twenty of 20 of which are fiber. that is a damn good breakfast.the bran makes the oatmeal taste really earth and and good (if you like that sort of "raw-earthy-oats" taste).kashi is NOT a good cereal. go check out the nutrition facts bro-ham. it might be better for you than honey bunches of oats, or cheerios..but there are MUCH better options out there. kashi makes a cereal that tastes half way in between that "raw earthy" goodness, and the sugar coated mass production lot. and nutritionally, its half way in betweeen as well. in the united sates of america, healthy foods dont sell; and kashi wants to make some money.
Bro, are you on PCT? relax. Opinions are like buttholes, we all have em
