It contains about 6 different grains which are all organic and sprouted. the protein quality is so high, that it is 84.3 % as efficient as the highest recognized sorce of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids. There are 18 amino acids present in ezekiel bread from all vegetable sources naturally balanced in nature.

Gluten free means it doesn't have Gliadin in it which most people are insensitive, allergic or have celiac disease couldn't eat. Most people are gluten sensitive and don't even know it.

Ezekiel bread is my favorite carb source.  Super convenient and tasty.  I take it with me everywhere and if I'm pressed for time I have two slices of ezekiel with two plain chicken breasts from McD's (only $1 each!).  Yum.

I have to admit, I did not like the wraps.  They are kind of papery and tough to actually use as a WRAP.  My husband hated them, and we both love the bread.
The bread actually keeps for quite a long time...you should freeze the loaf until you are ready to use it, then transfer it to the fridge and use it from there.  It usually lasts a week or more in the fridge.

There are also hamburger rolls and english muffins, I believe.  I've tried the hamburger rolls and they are pretty good.

Thanks for all the feed back, sounds like something I would like to add into in my diet.  I'll definetly have to try the cereal.  Would I be able to find it at a local grocery store?

Not sure if you can just buy the breast for a buck, BUT, with any salad you can ADD another for $1.00

Try using it to make french toast with egg whites and a dash of vanilla extract.  Very good.

If your grocery store has a "health food" section or a "Wild Harvest" area or something like that, all of the ezekeil products should be located there.  The cereal will not be refrigerated, but all of the bread and rolls will.  If your store doesn't have a health food section, just check the freezer section of the store and see if they at least have the bread.
