Some of the best past cycles I've had were simple test/deca combos. If you go this route, you might consider running the cycle 2-4wks longer, stopping the deca at wk 12...you're call, but just keep in mind that it takes a bit longer for the deca to clear out well, and cycles ending with deca are not the best IMO.
On the halo and anadrol, anadrol at the front end would be fine, but I'd hold off on the halo unless you were getting ready for some sort of comp. The stuff is expensive, it's not going to do much for you size wise and is best for the end of a comp cycle to help you push through the end, push heavier weight if it's a PL comp or harden up if it's a BB comp.
Last off, I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but whatever your goals are, they are going to be met or not depending on how sound your diet is. You want to get bigger and stronger, then find the right combo of foods to go with your cycle and it will happen. Want to get leaner and harder, same thing...just don't get caught up with trying to do both at the same time. In the end, if your diet is right, whatever the goal, any well thought out cycle will help you get there.
