ALCOHOL = MENTAL WEAKNESS

instead of leg day today i just caved, stayed home and started drinking. life in the suburbs is so isolated and boring. drinking is the easy way out easy entertainment to cure perpetual boredom. at least SHARK WEEK is on discovery channel  :D. it provides an easy alternative to anything else, for some its hard to not just say fuck it and have a drink especially when you have alot of other shit (work)you should be doing. epic mental weakness on my part.
drinking is for the mentally weak who will cave at the slightest hardship or excuse they find.
philosophy lesson for the day

Shark week is pretty fkn cool. As far as drinking goes, if you feel like tying one on, don't feel guilty about it. You should probably stay away from the really hard drugs and drinking and driving, but lifes too short to deprive yourself of what you want.

It's awesome but not having Survivorman, Man vs Wild, Dirty Jobs and the other cool shows for a week kind of blows.

I hear good things about those as well, never watched them. I just have a thing for sharks. Don't know why, just always liked them.

I drink in the evenings only.

Yesterday I had like 250 ml of vodka with diet coke and a pint of guiness. Blazed a joint too.  :)

Drink just causes dehydration and is calorie dense. Doesn't really effect muscles or anything so it's not a problem.

Don't over drink, but don't give it up either. It's an awesome thing.

What about when it's hot outside? Like if you go to a beach or on a boat? A few drinks during the day is good for you.

I go fishing with my bro in Long Island.. Get a charter boat or go with his boss.

Down 6-8 beers on average.  ;D No thing like drinking on a boat and it's pretty cool. I once caught a small striped bass and reeling it in drunk I wobbled the pole and it got loose.  ;D

Unfortunately, when I get really drunk I get the urge to snort cocaine.  It's very unfortunate.  I love a good glass of wine or the occasional 12 beers at the bar.  What really matters is what you want in life.  Training is very difficult with a hangover so if you cant moderate I would just cut it out.  Oh, and I smoke about a pack of American Spirit Blacks every time I drink.  Not good.

O yeah, I left out the part about the bars being full of girls that are willing to fuck when they are drunk!
