Yes, there is the Scott_donald formula:

A x 2.5  = B

Now, insert B into this equation: X-poundage for 3 sets of 20 reps.

(A is your 10 rm in whatever exercise)

Example.

If you squat 300 pounds for 10 reps, you times that by 2.5 and thus you have 750 lbs and claim this for 3 sets of 20 reps.
