I got the response I was looking for from YOU!  ;D Friday my friend and possibly saturday if he's down to do legs. I'll even put this on the table. If I post legit vids of some of my lifts AND THEY'RE LEGIT LIFTS...you can put "wicked's bitch" as your signature for a week. If my lifts are bullshit, I'll put "kiwiol's bitch" in my sig instead. Square?

Sounds good, mate.  I'll even give you the modship of the V for a week. 8)

Deal. If I don't get someone to put vids up and can't find someone with a camera to train with then I'll put "kiwiol's bitch" in my sig anyway since you sweetened the pot sugar daddy!  ;D

LOL, according to this schmoe's lifts, he's BETTER than Kaz! ;D ::)

Sars, perhaps I should fly over to train with this beast.  I could use some inspiration. ;D

LOL, good point.  And what I would like to know is how someone can squat 550 for a double after only squatting for five months. :-X :-\

You seem to know so much about squatting but have yet to offer any advice beyond yeah I should be able to do this or that if my numbers are true. You said you've got a big squat and I wanted advice to get even better and get ideas as to how people train and why. I only got 405 for 9 on the good mornings. If your'e going to qoute me and call bullshit, at least qoute me right. You're going to turn me into a legend and it'll be all your doing.

If you guys want to see some big ass lifting, planetrage.net is where it's at. Then you'll see just how small a 405 for a good morning is. If you can squat 405 easily, a good morning is only the top half of the movement. How is that inconceivable? Joey and I have come to an agreement that I will honor 100%. I even put it up with some things being out of my hands. As far as heavy squatting goes. I go deep on everything but my heaviest sets. In those I only go to parallel which seems to be consider legit until I get the sac to try and go deeper. I train in lifts to help my squat. The good mornings and stiff leg'd deads are all there to help hip drive power and my lower back. I have the leg strength no problem. I train to develop a big squat. Maybe if you guys actually tried some of this shit and tailored it to your own training routines, you might be surprised at how fast your numbers go up if you're willing to push yourself.

I'm willing to train withing anyone anytime. Offers always on the table.

LEGS!!!

squats:

135x15x1
315x8x1
405x8x1
500x5x1
500x4x1

good mornings:

135x15x1
315x10x1
315x10x1
405x9xoh sweet jesus! I wasn't paying attention and let the bar get too deep down my back and couldn't save it on the 9th rep and had to dump it. Not only did it feel like it tried to rip my arm off but my back looks like I was dragged behind a truck for a few miles. Either way. I've got to learn better bar control and it feels like 405 is a good working set. I don't feel much with 315 but that first rep with 405 really I really felt pull up the entire length of my erectors.

stiff leg'd deads:

135x10x1
315x5x1
500x5x1
515x2x1
that would be progress...

TRAPS!!

barbell shrugs:

135x10x1
315x10x1
500x10x1
600x10x1
675x5x1
695x wouldn1t really call it a rep...
no room on the bar for anything more than a 10. WHY DO COMPANIES COAT PLATES?! RUBBERIZE THE FLOOR INSTEAD!!  >:(

I've been told by numerous lifters that I respect that the reason I'm not very large but strong as fuck is because I work with too many heavy sets. I didn't know that was possible. It's been said that with my split and the weight I move, I really should consider cutting DOWN the total sets and drop the volume abit to see if I grow. I'll give it a month or so working like this and see if I see much increase in size. I just don't feel like I'm working hard or hit it hard enough when I do anything less than I normally do. They said just go heavier in fewer sets and go balls out to see how it works for me.

Recognize mother fucker!  ;D ;D ;)

When I post vids, since you can't offer anything beyond props, I want my log "Squad approved" when it's all said and done. I can't be your bitch though, Kiwiol already has dibs on my virgin asshole.
