Of all the asian people the Chinese are the most bizzare by far.
The old women hork and spit, like sailors. They'll push you out of the way to get on the bus, butt in line, I'm sure that has to do with all the people they have over there. They all drive the most expensive BMW's, Mercedes but can't drive to save their lives, don't even ask them to parallel park, it's the funniest thing you'll ever see, the younger ones have an addiction to speeding. They LOVE to gamble. Don't even get me going on the "food" they eat. I'm not sure if it's Cantonese or Mandarin but one of those two languages sound like razor blades being thrown at your ears.
You hit the nail on the head. I still can't work them out after living here for a while. They are also some of the most rudest and racist people out. I'm very picky with my Chinese freinds. One of the new things is for Chinese girls to get themselves a western boyfriend, get boyfreind to pay for study and living expences ( they won't live with you but you can screw them) Then the western guy finds out 12 months down the track he's been paying to keep her Chinese boyfreind in a life of leisure. This sting is big in Beijing. The girls cram the expat message boards looking for a sincere ( sucker ) foreign guy.
