You would definitely want to live in Clarkston or Rochester. A nice one or two bedroom apartment runs between 800 to 1100 I think. Although you could rent a decent house for that much now cuz no one can sell.

There is a guy at my gym who has a fullon mullet and always wears the nut hugging daisy duke cut jean shorts w/ a hypercolour tank top, wool socks roled down and construction boots..all he does is pec deck seated bp machine and cable curls ...his weights are pathetic and he makes these ridiculous faces...I laugh (out loud) everytime I see this clown
