carnitine injections?

 anyone heard of injecting it in your ab fat? as in the way you do GH.been reading everyones response after using it ,saying how much fat they lost.with diet and cardio the effects are obviously greater. does it seem true or false to you? 3x a day,says it burns like hell for 15 mins.

in googling this i found a whole bunch of research on it's effect in increasing renal function in rats...

anyone else?
