So im using the adonis principles, and my waist went down from 41 inch to 32 inch. I also lost 1 inch of my calves, thats starting to consern me. I lost this in a steady peace just dieting 3/4 days a week. But now i want to speed it up a little, and my consern is when im at 1400/1500 cals a day i seem to lose much faster off the calves, they shrink for 1/6 inch a day!

I dont know if adonis is still here, but maybe his followers can anwser, is eating 3 times a day really that good when dieting and tryin to hold on muscle? And why does adonis say that you can have one meal of 1000 cals, i used to thaught that you cant use all the ingredients that consist 1000 cals, that the rest will be stored as fat.
